We sprayed the corn with 12.5 lbs per acre of Grasshopper’s 21-0-24 when the corn was 30″ tall. Our plan was to then come back in 3 weeks with an application of Grasshopper’s 42-0-0. We were surprised to find that after 3 weeks the corn had grown to nearly 80″ in height. We were unable to drive our ground rig (sprayer) over the corn at this height so we had to hire an aerial applicator to spray the corn. Very impressive corn.
